We want you to feel confident in your purchase from Nebbia UK. If something doesn’t fit or isn’t quite what you expected, you have 60 days to return or exchange your items.
Need a different size?
If you need a different size, no need to wait:
- Place a new order with the correct size.
- Return the item that didn’t fit within 60 days.
- Once received and approved, we’ll refund your original payment method.
Please make sure the returned item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How to return a product
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 60 days of delivery. You are not required to give a reason, though your feedback is appreciated.
Steps to return:
- Fill out the return form and include it in the parcel.
- Add a copy of your invoice and a note indicating your refund preference.

Return conditions
- Items must be in original, resaleable condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged).
- Underwear and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Used or damaged items may be rejected and returned at your expense.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Sale items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
